How do rotating schedules work?

We operate on a 3-2-2 twelve-hour rotating shift. Shift hours are 7 am-7 pm and 7 pm-7 am. A shift premium is paid for the night shift at $2/hr.

Within a four-week period, you will work 14 days. 2 weeks of days, and 2 weeks of nights.
